TODAY SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN A GOOD DAY...

After a Sunday night spent dining on the finest steamed vegetables and wild rice followed by one too many Stoli's, good friends and my favourite songs i was rudely awoken at 6:12am by my phone obnoxiously vibrating in my ear...i silenced it and attempted to go back to sleep, unsuccessfully. London was calling. It seemed I needed to start my day earlier than intended and somehow attempt to have a slew of meetings. I was on a sofa in Highland Park, my car in Los Feliz. A three hour journey ensued to collect my car. I should have been miserable, I'd barely slept, the sun was bright, my empty stomach was swaying with discontent and I was "that person".

The journey entailed; walk, bus heading in the wrong direction, bus heading in the right direction, exit downtown, walk,to Metro, Metro to Los Feliz, walk to car, drive to downtown, same clothes, last nights make up and that smell of being out all night. This was the making of a terrible day.

Instead it was a series of adventures, not a lot of work, giggles, silliness and an impromptu photo shoot...it was at that moment I realised nothing is wrong...
